This quarter section is fenced and used for pasture. About 60% of the land was cleared several years ago, regrowth of trees has started. When the land was cleared a stand of mature trees was kept for a yard site. The owners have a water well and use a generator to run the pump to provide water for livestock. They have watered up to 200 head from the well. Power is along Range Road 112.
